Yes! To purchase a gift card, click on the Gift Card Tab at: https://www.hisawyer.com/bash-kids-club/schedules/gift_cards select your desired amount, gift card design, and recipient email. You can redeem gift cards when purchasing an activity or add Gift Card details to your profile at: https://www.hisawyer.com/account/gift_cards

What are BASH’s cancellation policies?

ASJ: You may cancel at any time. Effective January 1st, 2024, there will be a $10 fee charged for cancellation/downgrades of your Program Plan. The card on file will be charged upon the cancellation/downgrade request, or the amount will be deducted from your refund amount.

Day-Off Camps, Classes, Events, Workshops*: All sign ups canceled over 24 hrs of camp start will receive a full refund. All sign ups canceled within a 24 hour window will receive a 50% refund.

Summer Camps: For Full Camp and Weekly Purchases, cancel over 24 hrs of camp start for 50% refund. For Drop-In Purchases, cancel over 24 hrs of camp start for full refund, and within 24 hrs of camp start for 50% refund.

Birthday Parties: There is a $75 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, as well as a non-refundable payment of 50% of the remaining balance 2-weeks out.

Does BASH provide financial assistance?

How do I see my tax information?

You are able to access your tax information by downloading an End of Year Summary report on your hiSawyer account. Log into your account. Under your name - your My Account top navigation - click on the link to Annual Statements, and download your End of Year Summary.

What happens when I am late to pick-up?
